The 1st stage is split into two stages: New teams will need to qualify through a Open stage, while qualified WCS 2023 teams will be invited to the Tournament stage.

오픈 참가 대회의 상위 입상 팀은 Regional Stage에 초청됩니다. Regional Stage는 East Asia League/Southeast Asia League/India League의 3그룹으로 나뉘어서 진행되며, East Asia League와 Southeast Asia League는 각각 8팀, India League는 6팀에 의해 개최됩니다.
Finals는 Regional Stage에서 참가 자격을 획득한 팀이 참가할 수 있습니다. East Asia League에서 3팀, Southeast Asia League에서 3팀, India League에서 1팀, 오픈 참가 대회(태국) 우승팀까지 도합 8팀이 참가하게 되며, 태국-방콕에서 개최됩니다.
모든 상금은 국가 및 지역별로 제정된 세법에 따라 과세 대상이 될 가능성이 있습니다.
